    9390 is currently impeding into city road/right of way space along Wardwell road that impedes the ability of ups trucks, delivery trucks and most importantly EMT vehicles from access driveway as recently surveyed snd staked. This has been a continued concern that the city has not addressed and given elder parents now live at 9392 it's apparent that the issue needs addressed given the new resident of 74 who's had 3 strokes

    City code stipulates A driveway that provides a minimum unobstructed width of 12' and a minimum unobstructed height of 13' 6”. Mine is 8' due to illegal encroachment of public road and easement by neighbor. .

    Where the drive meets wardwell unknown white ford truck has been parking on the walking path between wardwell and 305 during the past week. Individual(5'8"ish Caucasian, bearded "hipster" type walking edge of drive and now my trail camera has disappeared and signage run over.)

    The corner of the driveway has been built so far out into the easement that emergency vehicles would not be able to make the corner to my home with our serious damage to city emergency trucks and/or first responders.

    Less of an inconvenience is the fact that ups and Amazon trucks refuse to deliver to my residence as they've hot the corner, damaged their vehicles

    Neighbor had survey company come out and mark property boundary markers. Regardless of the survey results my neighbor is building a driveway on my property. I have been patient dealing with all the ridiculous claims and calls to the city as someone who follows the letter of the law and I’m continually dealing with this kinda of stuff. Rather then be neighborly and ask if it’s ok or come have a discussion he just builds on my property and I’m very frustrated at this point.

    My neighbor is starting to construct a fence along within the driveway easement that is so close to the graveled road that it would make the road way too narrow for my truck and work trailer to safely get to my home. There are limits to how close to a driveway easement one can build

    A drive way is being cut through yard over the top of the main power lines to pse transformer. The currently lines are NOT the required 38” under soul to allow for vehicle impact that L and I require by law because prior to being a driveway it was a yard only requiring lines to be 24” below soil levels. this individual “does not care” and is proceeding with complete disregard for safety or law when dealing with high voltage lines and the obvious reasons for safety concern.
