I was snowblowing the bottom of my driveway this morning around 11am. A city snowplow was traveling at a good clip up Lakewood Parkway toward North Avenue. I was certainly visible when I was literally covered to my waist in snow and my snowblower, buried up to its handlebar. The operator did not even slow down after this happened. I was shaken and angry. I had no opportunity to move my snowblower or myself away from the bottom of my driveway before this incident occurred. I would like to know if this snowplow operator behavior is the city's protocol when a person is actively working and visible.
