In my opinion we have a public safety concern here at the entrance to the PATH station on the Summit Avenue side.
Firstly the scaffolding holding those large steel joists doesn't look strong enough to hold the load. If a vehicle backed into the scaffolding it would all come falling down.
Secondly we need professional traffic control on the corner of Summit and Magnolia. The construction workers are not able to control the traffic safely. This morning it was chaos with pedestrians not knowing when they can walk. Many are just risking it by dodging the trucks and busses.

I have contacted Xfinity three times and they have just ignored the issue. I'm concerned a truck may clip the wire and hurt a pedestrian or damage my property. Can anyone help me?
