    Hi - Here are the photos of the Eugenia shrub (aka Australian Brush Cherry) needing pruning.  They are hanging over court #2.  They are infected with a Psyllid pest, which causes the leaves to curl, bubble and drop (last photo).  They produce berries that fall on the courts creating a safety hazard.

    Real Estate agent put up a listing sign without any details. There is no MLS listing for any of the units in the building. The sign doesn't indicate which unit. The HOA was not asked for permission. We would like to have this sign removed.

    This neighbor has made more than 15 reports this year regarding what she considers abandoned vehicles. That means anyone who is black or gay who parks in front of her house. She had a friend's car towed. She doesn't have the self respect to talk to her neighbors before making these false reports. She is a nuisance who has dog that sits in her apartment and barks all day long.
