The traffic light from Thornhill Drive crossing Moraga Rd. does not respond to pressure from cars turning left when the car is about a foot from the center line, and so the light to turn left never changes. Drivers naturally move to the right so incoming traffic, especially from the freeway, will not hit their cars. If the sensors were moved during the repaving, they should be moved back; until that time maybe you could paint a target on the road for people's tires. The current result is that cars stack up the whole block and beyond on Thornhill, a bad situation. I also second the previous poster's wish for bike lanes on Moraga toward the village - at least the Chevron ones so cars share the road better. Thank you.
