    This is the 3rd time I have tripped and almost fell. Last month, a pregnant woman we work with tripped and fell. Multiple staff members have tripped and injured themselves.

    Several if not all of the hex blocks at 100 7th St S are uneven and jagged. This is a major issue for everyone that works here and uses this pathway. It is unsafe and a liability for the city.

    Alley fills up with water. Giant holes in alley. Water doesn't drain.
