    Why is pedestrian Jay walking allowed in Portland? Most intersections in Portland have crosswalk signals, but they're hardly ever adhered to.
    I'm expected to follow all the rules while operating a motor vehicle in Portland yet while driving downtown I can't from point a to point b without some person crossing a street when I have the green light.
    Pedestrians pay no attention to the walk signals and feel they can walk in streets whenever they feel.
    This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed.

    I'm really tired of Metro Bus Line driving around the city like laws don't apply to them. I was driving down Washington Ave and the number 1 bus pulls out in front of me like I wasn't on the road. They always run red lights, obstruct traffic and are a general safety hazard to the residents of Portland.
    The bus drivers have zero regard for the motorists of Portland as well as the pedestrians of the city.
    Something needs to be done.
