I previously reported this issue (12036413) and it was routed to DOT and they closed the case, marking it resolved. Sign is still missing. There is no way for me to reopen the ticket. Here's the issue again: The very first Speed Hump sign when driving from Maritime Center/Sports Center toward Taco Trucks (Southbound?) has been missing since last year when my office opened back up in October 2021. It is extremely dangerous. I thought I had reported it back in October but can't find my note. When it's dark at night, you cannot see the speed hump at all, and my car went flying the first time I left work. I have seen cars in front of me go flying too--all four tires airbound. Please put the SPEED HUMP with arrow sign back up. The pole is there but the "speed hump" and "arrow" are gone. The other speed hump signs are still there, but this one is missing. It is on the southbound side of Long Wharf just past the Canal Dock Road intersection--first speed bump you come to. Thank you.

Ives Place Street Sign is missing for Ives Place and East Street. Missing on both sides of Ives Place. This is a very important sign since so many travelers turn on Ives from East Street to get to I91 North. I work in Maritime Center and many visitors to Maritime Center on Long Wharf travel East Street to 91 and following GPS is confusing when street signs are missing. Can a Hamilton Street sign be installed at the corner of Hamilton and Long Wharf Drive, It has been missing for a very long time and GPS often routes people on this road to get to the Maritime Center, and it is difficult to give driving instructions with no street sign. Something needs to be done with the traffic light timing at the intersection of Sargent Drive and I-95 South Entrance/Exit Ramp. I realize that the Long Wharf revitalization project has to get worse before it gets better, but now that there is only one lane going Eastbound on Sargent Drive, the area between Jordans Furniture to Church Street is utter chaos and gridlock every weeknight between 4:45 to 5:30 PM. I respectfully request that someone from the City take a ride down to witness it themselves. The lights at Long Wharf and Sargent cannot accommodate the traffic gridlock caused from lane closures on Sargent and Long Wharf Drive. The lights at Regional Water Authority and I-95 cannot accommodate the gridlock. Traffic is backed up getting onto 95 South, Getting off 95 South, and backing up from Sargent Drive to Long Wharf Drive going East Bound past Veterans Park to enter I-95 North. Please please please. I beg you to do something to alleviate this mess. When the lights turn green only one or two cars can get through and the intersection "boxes" gets blocked. The green turn lights need to be lengthened. There needs to be a turn lane added back to I-95 South Entrance Ramp. Please and Thank you.

FYI - The entire right-hand land on East Avenue where it transitions to Long Wharf Drive heading East to West in front of 555 Long Wharf Drive Parking Garage and Sports Haven is still blocked with snow causing unexpected merge down to one lane. Same on the Eastbound side of Long Wharf--right lane is still blocked with snow. I think it was just forgotten and really should be cleared before there is an accident like what happened last year.
