    This public "stairway" is suboptimal for regular use and safety. It only has steps for the first 50 feet and then it is an ungroomed path with a steep downhill slope. The lower half of the pathway is covered with vegetation. In the ideal world (where are tax dollars count) we would get stairs like all the other pathways in the neighborhood!!! For now I would be happy if you would PLEASE CUTBACK THE VEGETATION so the pathway is SAFE. Thank you.

    The Public stairway/walking path between Taurs Ave and Capricorn Ave in Montclair (off Broadway Terrace) which is fire evacuation route is OBSTRUCTED with weeds and vegetation over growth. It has not been serviced in at least 2 years. It is impassable to pedestrians - which forces pedestrians to walk on Broadway Terrace. This is a public health hazard in general and in an emergency evacuation.
