There are two pot holes on this street.

Neighbor saw a salvage truck leave two garbage bags by the fire hydrant on the corner of Johnston and Halladay. They were unable to get the license plate number.

For the last few months, I have been having a big problem with my recycle pick up service. My bottles and cans are not being picked up on Sunday nights.
I have reached out to the Resident Response Team on three different occasions after I notice that this became a pattern. I have been making calls every Monday to the Public Works Dept and they would eventually send out another truck to pick it up.
I am concerned about bottles being left by the curb which is an invitations for school children passing by.
Also, I'm paying an additional special improvement district tax without services being improved. It is now 12:52 pm in the afternoon and my recycle is still by the curb, please see picture below.
Is the City too involved in shared services with Board of Education and neglecting the regular tax payers?

Good morning
As per our conversation this morning, the constituent attached pictures of the handicapped sign in front of her home at 60 Madison Ave. The sign should be in front of 58 Madison Ave. She says there is room for a sign to be moved in n front of her home. If the reason was because there was a pole in front of my home, and it was more convenient then that is not a good reason. They would like the sign to be moved.

Gmorning Councilman Robinson. Wandering if you can help me finally get the tree that overhang my property removed. As previously pointed out it does bot belong to me but causes a mess on my property. From bird crap pouring down to dead leafs and branches. I have attempted working with the site supervisor at the sister property on mercer and jordan (same owner). However he is getting no response from the owner and fairly has no stake in the 711 Montgomery property since his company may not ultimately get that project. Can the city get the owner to cut this tree down and be a good neighbor so i may enjoy my backyard? If you would like to meet in person please let me kbow. The tree in front of this house needs trimmed. The branches are hanging low and people are walking into them.

Residents requesting the owner be asked to begin loud construction after 9:00am. Homes surrounding the property have infant children and the noise wakes them.

Additionally, property is not secured during off hours and drug addicts are using the property as a place to use drugs, sleep and engage in lewd activities.

Property owner has not cleaned up since a fire occured last year. Furniture and trash continue to accumulate and the house has become a haven for rodents.
