    The Northbound traffic on Overland gets very backed up for 10-15 minutes at 65th St. Most of the cars are trying to turn left and go over the train tracks. Even though there was no train, the wait to get through the intersection is extremely long.

    Can the light for left turns be made longer?

  • 5400 Central Avenue El Cerrito, California - Richmond
    The stoplights at all intersections at Central & I-80!are flashing red. This is causing bad traffic coming off the freeway and for traffic trying to get onto the freeway.
  • Powell Street Emeryville, California - Emeryville
    The exit from Hwy 80 at Powell Street used to have two left turn lanes to get to the access road on the west side of the freeway. It is now one left turn lane which causes backups onto the freeway. This needs to be two turn lanes. The light also needs to be coordinated with the right turn light onto the access road after going under the freeway. Right turn on red after stop should be permitted; there is minimal traffic coming from any other direction.
