    The homeless encampment at this location has been there for some time. I have spoken to the City of Emeryville and they have informed me that this encampment is actually in the city of Berkeley. In the past week, the homeless that are living nearby towards the aquatic park have been harassing our business. They keep pooping in front of our building. We found 2 poops last week and another this morning in front of our building. We also had an incident last week where one of the homeless came into our bathroom without asking us and used it. We would like someone from the police department to do something about this problem. The homeless encampment has been left alone for some time now and it keeps growing it seems. Now it is affecting our business and is hazardous for our employees. Please, can you call me so we can discuss what is happening and to see how we can fix this issue. Thank you for your time.
