    I originally posted this on April 4th however there has been no follow up or response as to when the folks at Huntsville Utilities Street Lights will be able to install a shield or hood around this extremely bright LED fixture. I have also left voice mails with Hsv Util's and have not received a return phone call. This light shines into every room of the houses around it. It would be nice to sleep with the widows open, however this isn't possible w/o getting a LED sunburn. Any idea if this can be fixed in a matter of weeks, months or years? Thank you!

    I would like to kindly request that you install a hood or shield onto this extremely bright LED street light so that it does not shine directly into our and our neighbor's bedrooms . Thank you.

    Our neighborhood streets have not been repaved in 33 years. The roads are eroided to the point to where the road base is beginning to show. This problem was made even worse by the recent installation of gas and fiber lines by Huntsville Utilities.
