    A new transient colony of about 11 tents and cardboards with about 12 inhabitants,on Chico and Utah (west side of Utah). Absolutely no bathroom facilities or trash pickup. LITTER and an UNSAVORY group of STRANGERS hang around day and night. Residents of this neighborhood Elderly and Children ALIKE, are put at risk by these "Pop Up" groups. Further concern includes The Daycare Center no more than 50 yards away. This puts yet a further burden on our Low income neighborhood.

    On Chico and Utah in the middle of our residential area not more than 100 feet from our neighborhood daycare center, transients have up a makeshift camp. No bathrooms, no proper toilets, no trash control, unsavory strangers trafficking in and out, our children ,elderly , and property at risk. Blankets and crap accumulate daily. I invite a Media Visit Starring the Mayor and Police Chief to come visit again. It gets a cleaner and safer for us taxpaying residents when "they" come around.

Open drug use and unsavory strangers hangout in our neighborhood around the clock...BTW where do fine folks use the bathroom (I did see one use number one on the sidewalk) Please help correct this.     Vacant lot, between private homes with children and Elderly, is now being invaded by transient campers (litter and human waste accumulation hoping that needles and unsavory strangers are NOT the standard that usually accompanies this situation. Please Help. )

    Concrete and Debris left over by campers, WE WENT THERE TO CLEAN UP THE STUFF and were overwhelmed by the smell of URINE AND FECES and decided it was better to COMMUNICATE TO 311. There is a crushed traffic cone among this Human Waste just east of T&M Warehouse building (139 Rhode Island NE 87108). Please Help thank you!

    La Mesa residential, constantly looks like a disaster area ( maybe a call to FEMA would help) between Central and Grand /Wyoming and Chama! This has been ignored Long Enough, MAYOR. PERHAPS IF WE DID NOT LOOK LIKE A WAR ZONE..... ooops I mean an International District we could instill more PRIDE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
