    Following up on Issue#5613110 that was archived. Last note from May 2019 says that a traffic signal design is being evaluated. Will a traffic signal or circle, etc. be installed at this dangerous intersection? I saw a Baltimore Sun article from 2017 mentioning the same issue. So nothing has been done for 2+ years to make this intersection safer....
