    Rain water ditch between oak st and Elaine st is obstructed with vegetation, fallen branches and broken bridge. This ditch is a mosquito and noseeum factory. Every year someone comes and sprays for weeds, but it grows back in weeks. This is an ongoing issue, requesting to put pipes like the other side of the street. Some part of this ditch is already running through pipes.

    Smelly non flowing ditch, oily layer on top with lots of mosquitos coming from it, looks like a dead animal too inside the water. No action taken regarding previous complaints.

Water is static and unclean. perfect condition for insects to grow. water contains some waste and bottles. plants over grown like a forest. Its needs cleaning and proper slopping for rain water to flow to drain.
