    32 hours after rain stopped and a quarter of the intersection of Harbor Drive South and Maxwell is still flooded. Flow to drains across the intersection was cut off during Spring 2018 resurfacing on Maxwell. Water has nowhere to go.

    Corner of Maxwell and Harbor Dr S floods with any rain and does not drain. The resurfacing earlier this year created a crown on Maxwell that isolates this area from any storm drains. It is now common to have standing water in this intersection and along the North side of Harbor Drive South for several days after rain. The pictures were taken 16 hours and two low tides after rain stopped. This needs to be fixed with a drainage gutter across Maxwell to the storm drain.
