    Area between sidewalk and steps leading from Isabella Cannon to Pogue Street is always extremely muddy. The addition of some stepping rocks would be great! This area gets a decent amount of foot traffic.

    When driving towards Kilgore Ave. on Chamberlain St. it is hard to see cars coming from/stopped at the right of this stop sign. I've seen many people run the stop sign before and the lack of sight makes me uncomfortable.
