This building leaves their garbage everywhere They have not picked up their garbage cans, it looks like paint exploded on the sidewalk, there is a plexiglass window laying on the pavement and a discarded soiled baby diaper. The tenants are a menace and litter everywhere The landlord is absent and clearly doesn't have a building manager to tend to it It's an ongoing problem I reported them last week for having garbage overflowing from their trash room and many times before that.

Overflowing garbage in the trash room underneath the porch. Filthy garbage inviting pests and rats. This building is a repeat offender for garbage problems. Their garbage blows all over the street because they don't dispose of it properly.

7 east street has a rodent problem and they have thrown their garbage onto the block. This place is always a mess.

It's a one way street and this person parked their car as though it's got parking on both sides.
They have been parked there over 24 hours and no parking citations yet.

Massive rat problem from the piled up trash at 7 East. And the whole block is suffering because the rats are going from building to building!

Not the first time this issue has been reported to health dept!

My block has over a foot of snow and I can't get my car out to go to work. Help!

Nonstop noise - there's a loud "whirring" noise, like a machine is running nonstop. I live 3 blocks away and I can hear it 24 hours a day.

The tenants in this building left this on the curb and then garbage collection didn't pick it up because it wasn't sorted properly It's a mess and the wind is blowing bits all down the street. This building has a long list of trash violations

Illegally parked delivery truck on East Street

Abandoned lot, formerly a pay-to-park lot was bought by a developer, fenced up, and forgotten about. The litter gets blown in by the wind and has piled up. The weeds (dried and dead) are also over 4 feet tall

3rd post: growing Sink hole large enough to step in. No cones or warning signs.

Pothole grew from a small hole to over ten inches across since yesterday

About six months ago, a 4 foot by 4 foot sink hole had to be repaired on this block. Now, we see new cracks. Rampant abuse by the overweight delivery trucks making drop offs at Peace Care Nursing home are ruining the pavement on East Street and blocking traffic. When will the city traffic study happen?

I got a ticket for parking within ten feet of this hydrant... but the painted red line only goes for about a foot and a half. I’ve parked in this spot many times, but this is the first time I got a ticket. If the JCPA is going to give tickets in this spot, shouldn’t the curb be painted properly?

Large trucks park on East Street and idle while they are making deliveries to the nursing home rear entrance across the street on Magnolia Ave. These large trucks block traffic, create air pollution, and their heavy weight has been causing sink holes and potholes. Also, because the intersection is right, the large trucks have damaged/scratched some vehicles of the local residents. I propose a traffic study to be done, the outcome of which might be that a loading zone during the hours of 8am to 4pm along the curb immediately next to the nursing home entrance so that these trucks have a place to park and make their deliveries instead of blocking East Street.

The city recently gave this intersection a facelift, but it appears that there was a car accident that damaged the new balustrades.
