The traffic light at the intersection of Marriottsville and Warwick Way leading into Waverly Woods has to be checked. When cars coming down Marriottsville in the left turn lane to make a left into Waverly Woods gets a green light and a green arrow to turn. However, the cars on the opposite turning right into Waverly Woods seems to think they have the right of way?
The only way that can be is if the traffic light is malfunctioning and turning green for that lane too quickly. The traffic light needs to be checked out to make sure it is not malfunctioning. If it is not, then it truly is the fault of the drivers.

I submitted a similar concern 2 years ago and nothing has ever been done.
