Sand, bits of asphalt, rocks and other debris washes up onto the sidewalk that is heavily used by pedestrians between the houses of 16 and 20 Magnolia Ave. The street sweeper does not go on the sidewalk however the sidewalk is flush with the street as there is no curb so I am requesting for this stretch of sidewalk to be included in the street sweeping maintenance of this section in the future. The debris tends to stay around on the sidewalk all year. I sweep it into the street on occasion but it just ends up back on the sidewalk. This area is a low point and gathers all the debris that gets washed down the street. Thank you.

Ever since the sidewalks were re-paved the flow of water has changed. it runs down the street from both directions and accumulates in front of my house and runs through the property. Cars drive through the large amount of standing water that sits next to the storm drains. This sends a wave of water into the yard, walkway, and driveway. During the last rain storm my daughter was in the walkway leaving for work and was so soaked by a passing car she had to change her clothes. Besides this issue, most cars drive over the storm drains. One of the drains is not fitted correctly resulting in a loud clatter day and night.
