The city of Oakland construction workers damaged something in the line where it's constantly leaking. EBMUD has already looked at this twice. One time closing the line and another time, opening the line for safety but it's still leaking. It's already causing a mosquito problem and the street smells like a swamp from standing water.

Located on the Corner of Nevada St. and Railroad Ave.
This trailer has been park there for weeks.
The issue is that this trailer parked too close to the corner and it is hard to see oncoming traffic. Car are always speeding in this stretch of Railroad Ave and there has been a couple of times where I have avoided a collisions.
Remove it or at least relocate it.
