    Please repave Travis Ave between Richmond Ave and Victory Blvd. The road is in poor condition and heavily traveled. Also please put lines on the area near the Richmond Ave traffic light that was recently paved. Some motorists do not realize it is a two way intersection and block cars trying to turn onto Travis Ave from Ricmond Ave because they are in the middle of the intersection at the traffic light.

    I have previously requested that the 3 storm drains at the intersection of Perry Ave and South Gannon Ave be cleaned. They are clogged and no longer accepting water. every heavy rain storm I run the risk of the sewer line backing up into my basement because the water is not draining properly. almost every storm drain on South gannon between bradley ave and manor rd is clogged with leaves and debris. please send a crew out here immediately to rectify this situation. I am tired of having my heart in my throat every time it rains.

    I have called 311twice to report a pothole at a manhole cover at the intersection of bradley Avenue and South Gannon Avenue. multiple people have gotten flat tires after driving over this hole. I do not understand why this issue has not been repaired since 311 transferred me over to 911 both times I called to report on Saturday and again on Monday. something needs to be done about this asap.

    trees that were planted by the city are in need of maintenance. the tree in front of my home at 171 Perry Ave is dead and needs to be removed. the tree on the side of my home on south gannon Ave is growing into the overhead electrical wires and also encroaching on my property over my fence. please have this tree pruned or removed.

    I live on the corner of Perry Avenue and South Gannon Avenue. because we live in close proximity to the express bus to NYC we have many commuters that Park in this area. it is a problem when large Vehicles park on the corners of this intersection. it is very difficult for trucks, buses, garbage trucks, cars Etc... to navigate this turn when this situation occurs. in the event of an emergency it would be extremely difficult for a fire engine or ambulance to navigate this corner quickly. over the 20 years living here I have seen many times when larger vehicles have had to back up into the busy service road because they could not make the turn due to the cars parked on the corners. I would request that you please make the curb in front of 171 Perry Avenue a No Parking Zone in order to alleviate this situation. I have attached a few photos showing the tight squeeze this morning with two large vehicles parked on the corners.

    ever since the changes were completed on the Staten Island Expressway we have had multiple accidents on the ramp for the Bradley Avenue exit. just a few weeks ago we had a car flipped over on the exit and last weekend a car also smashed into the ramp spun around in the opposite direction and then decided to drive down the highway missing his front tire with Sparks and flames shooting out from under the car. I have lived across the highway from this ramp for 20 years and I have never seen so many people have trouble navigating this ramp. I believe it may be due to the Lane that they created between the Toad Hill entrance ramp to the highway and the Bradley Avenue exit ramp which people now think is an actual Lane of the highway but is really an exit Lane. I don't know if further markings or signage need to be made to make it more clear or if some other adjustments need to be made but there is an accident at this particular location on a regular basis. many of these accidents occur late at night which may lead me to believe that the drivers may have some impairment however let's do something about this before someone actually gets killed.     several years ago the city planted trees along the curb in front of my home and along the side of my home at 171 Perry Avenue. those trees are now starting to reach and interfere with the wires positioned above them. some are electrical wires others are probably utility wires. please have someone come and trim these trees back so that they are no longer touching these wires thank you

I have attached photos showing that these drains are no longer accepting water because they are full . thank you
