    HOMELESS COLONY

New homeless colony forming around the corner of the building on 29th Ave. Tents and piles of garbage. Please remove this blight while it is still a small colony before it grows out of control. Garbage is spilling onto the road.

This massive homeless colony is just getting bigger and bigger. Please remove this extreme blight. This once beautiful park has been turned into a filthy garbage pile and drug den. I'm afraid for my safety every time I have to go past this area. My friend was riding her bike past and was verbally threatened by the homeless people there. Fires at this colony have left piles of burned wreckage. This park is like a scene out of a post-apocalyptic doomsday movie.

Large piles of trash on both sides of 29th Ave near the intersection of 7th St. It looks like people are illegally dumping trash out of their vehicles in this location because it is a short drive from Highway 880 South so they can make a quick get-away after the illegal dumping.

  • 420 Broadway Oakland, California - Old City-Produce And Waterfront
Homeless encampment along the ramp into the Webster tube from Broadway. The encampment is inside the fenced area that was installed to keep the homeless out. The homeless have gained access by breaking down a security door that leads through the concrete foundation structure of highway 880. There are more and more tents and homeless people moving into this area every week and it is growing rapidly. They are throwing trash over the fence and onto the roadway ramp leading into the tube. It looks like they may be destroying the highway foundation trying to loot and scrap the metal materials inside the foundation structure since there are piles of metal around the encampment and they obviously have tools strong enough to break down a metal security door.

Approximately 8 potholes that appear to be related to the construction in the area. Each hole is about 5 inches deep and about 2 feet in diameter. There are so many holes close together that it is impossible to avoid hitting one or two of them. They are deep so when you drive over it feels like they could be causing damage to your vehicle.
