Construction noise violation - construction crews began moving equipment with loud beeping noises at 6:40am, before the legal 7am start time. as it has gotten lighter earlier this is becoming a usual thing with them.

Construction crew blocking our driveway, using it as a staging for their equipment. Not enough room to get in and out.

Contractors for development on Madrona Way NE are blocking our driveway with their truck and large toolboxes, not leaving adequate room to get in and out, if at all. Have spoken to developer(Clark Construction) many times about this but continues to happen.

Regarding Code Violation on Madrona Way, couldn't leave a comment - interaction with a clark construction team member who was highly aggressive.

Last comment of incident with who may have been the forman at the time blocked because I commented on the swear words he said to me. Please let me know if you cannot see them and need me to follow up.

In a nut shell, as I was taking photos documenting the numerous construction crews working on the project (loud banging, hammering, sawing) a man approached me and asked me 'what the f*** are you doing' . I asked him if he had a city exception to work on the holiday and he told me that they *could work anytime they f-ing wanted to as long as they didn't make any noise' I responded that I actually had an email from code compliance saying that wasn't true. he said, and i quote 'i really don't f--ing care. get the f-- out of here' he was aggressive and was obviously trying to intimidate me. i asked his name and he said 'joe'. short man, what looked to be average brown hair, wearing a safety hat with what looked to be a headlamp attached to it.
