The latch on the outer gate of the large dog park at Quiet Waters is broken. It needs to be replaced. Thank you.

The pic is of the bottom edge of gate into the small dog park at Quiet Waters. Look close and you can see that fencing on the gate hits the concrete threshold. This keeps the gate from closing properly and allowing it to swing free. My beagle ran off because of this, it took 2 hours and 10 people in the dark to find him. If the nuts were loosened on the U-bolts connected to the hinges, gate could be raised enough to clear the threshold and close properly. While hinges are loose please move gate to the right so not as much gap on the latch side.

The grass in the small dog park has not been cut this year. I'm afraid there may be ticks in there. The grass in the big dog park has not been cut either, but that's not so bad since it's a bigger area but with less grass.

The water station in the small dog park at Quiet Waters has a serious leak. I believe there is either a bad leak or broken pipe underground since there is a stream of red rusty water flowing from the water station. Because of the slope of the terrain the rusty stream flows all the way across the middle of the park making a huge mess. I reported the faucet leaking several months ago and it was replaced with a pipe valve. That valve is not holding up well since it leaks too but even when the valve is shut off water still flows. I reported this to a Ranger 3 weeks ago, but he either had no idea what to do or didn’t care. If this can’t be fixed please just turn off the water, it’s ruining the park.

It's not really a burst water pipe, but a serious leak. The water faucet in the small dog park does not shut off. The lever-type handle does not close completely. There is a constant flow which overruns the drain causing the water to spill to the surrounding ground. This not only makes it very muddy around the watering area but the water forms a river which flows downhill from there across the middle of the park.
