Large gangs of teens smoking pot, heckling people are again taking over Burnhams field just like in the old days. They hang out in large groups intimating people trying to enjoy the park. Large gangs of teens should not be allowed to loiter for long periods of time ,trash the place ,and making everyone uncomfortable. This park was brought back to life by our community we don't want it to go back to the way it use to be. There needs to be police enforcement.
