    I am not a Traffic Signalologist, but the redlight is out( the signal on the left) at the Orange/Trumbull intersection. This is on the Orange St. side where you turn right to enter the ramps for 91.

    The Red light one the right signal is out( On Fountain St. heading towards Ramsdell and Cooper Pl.

    Is this a TTP issue or CT DOT Region 3, since it is a state road?

    I emailed the issue to the TTP Supervisor as well.
