    CARS BLOCKING SIDE STREET (North Pine Avenue) due to heavy traffic between 3:30-5:30pm on Western Avenue every week day.

    Recently, Traffic between Manning Blvd and N Allen regular backed up and blocking access to N Pine.

    I've had to sit through 2-3 red lights sometimes to even take a right turn onto Western from N Pine.

    Feels like the timing of the lights at the intersection of Manning & Western may be to blame.
