    Today, I almost got hit by a car in the alleyway while I was crossing from 6601 1 Ave. N. (business) to PARC VENDOME Unit 1 building. The parking lot runs along the alleyway. I screamed Slow down! (Twice)Signage needs to be put up. 5 or 10 MPH signs, No through traffic signs, No parking in alleyway. Thank you.

    The tree branch is over the alleyway. You, the city has cut the upper branches of this tree. As you remember that one of the branches grew around the wires. It's still up there. You said someone was to be in my area in a few days. I have not seen no one from the city here. The city is cutting other trees down in my area but not here yet. Thank you so much.

    Why is this a private matter? I am trying to get a sidewalk and curbs cuts for all the addresses or parcels off this road. I'm trying to help all my neighbors for safety and ADA. Please reread again. You did not read everying. Thank you.

    From 6601 1 Ave. North -6645 1 Ave. North- 211 Pasadena Ave. North the side of their building. If you check with traffic accidents there has been hundreds of accidents. It has become a safety hazard to individuals and cars riding on First Ave. North. Individuals using walkers, canes, wheelchairs, strollers and motorized scooters for the disabled are in danger of being hit. We all are using the bicycle lane. We badly need a sidewalk and curb cuts along this strip of road. It has become an emergency issue.There is a business on the corner of 66th Street North and First Ave. North that is not accessible from the road because of no curb cuts and sidewalks around the building. Under ADA this needs to be resolved. 6645 1 Ave. North is Condominium Complex named PARC VENDOME UNIT 1 that have Elderly, Physically Disabled and Blind individuals. We also need signage on this road to let drivers beware of the population in this area. Now, the complex on the end of First Ave. North and Pasadena Ave. North is called PARC VENDOME UNIIT 2. They have all populations of individuals. Both complexes are a melting pot of all individuals. Thank you.

    Between Condominiums parking lot left and houses to the right off of 1st. Ave N. is the city's alley way. Tree to the right by white fence behind lawyer's office which is gray.
