The traffic light diectional signs heading into the city at the intersection of Franklin and Marginal should be moved to provide clear direction to people in the "right turn" only lane that they can only turn right at the intersection. Many times everyday at the intersection people are not aware that they are in the incorrect lane because the signs are directly above them. The the lines on the street are worn away as the second indicator that they're in the wrong lane. By moving the signs next to the traffic lights this issue should get much better making the intersection much safer for all. Please see attached picture.
