Looks like the company doing the liner work on Shore Road has somehow had a chemical spill. There is a heavy chemical odor from the runoff area near the bike path which flows to the lake. The runoff has a milky white discoloration. The runoff area is located north of the skating rink and to the west of the wooden fence on the bike path that overlooks the runoff area. The company trucks were seen in that vicinity on Wed night at apprx 4 pm--they appear to be aware of the issue. As of Wed night at 7 pm still heavy chemical smell in that area.
