There appears to be some problems with the storm drains on our street. Not sure whether there's a street gutter/drain blockage, an uncapped pipe from an old retention area, or some other problem, but I know many pipes are needing to be updated. The particular problem in this area is that it's probably already causing significant damage to these homes. Who should be contacted to get this addressed in a timely manner, especially during this rainy summer? Neighbors say it's been reported. et.
