Roadway & Drainage Concern ArchivedGoat Hill Manor 4361 College Avenue, Ellicott City, MD 21043, United States of America - Ellicott CityCollege Avenue has been completely ignored since the flooding and water main break last May and October respectively. We have major pot holes at Bonnie Branch and west up to our driveway. Steel plates, cones and signs have been abandoned with no sign of workers returning! We must see something happening very soon.
