    The traffic signal appears to be on a timer and loop detector does not work. New Scotland Ave is green for over one minute and Academy Rd turns green for 15 seconds regardless of traffic flow. Even when no traffic on New Scotland, Academy Rd remains red for almost a minute and one-half.

    On 9/16 I confirmed that this signal has not been fixed. Please fix.

    I previously reported the issue on 7/13/22, request 12837057. you said this signal is maintained under contract and closed the request. I confirmed today that the signal coming off of Homestead turns green even when no traffic is present. Did the contractor complete the job or not? Does APD Traffic Engineering follow-up on this contractor? Aren't there performance requirements for the contrator?
    I would appreciate having this request fixed once and for all.

    I reported this issue 12953097 which you closed. Yesterday I confirmed that this issue was not fixed. The left turn arrow onto Old State Rd turns green when no cars are in the turning lane. Also, the light turns green coming off Old State Rd when no vehicles.
    I ask, how is it my prior request was closed when nothing was fixed! Please address ASAP

    Even when there is no traffic on Ramsey the light on Hackett Blvd turns red resulting in unnecessary delays. I reported this issue in 2019, was told that "parts were on order". Please have this request reviewed.

    The left turn lane loop detector at 1375 Washington Ave (entrance to Albany Gastroenterology) in the eastbound direction is not functioning. The left turn arrow comes on for 30 seconds even when no cars are in the turning lane. This means westbound traffic has to wait until the turn signal turns itself off.
    This is the third (3rd) time I have reported this issue. Each time my request was closed by APD as "fixed". Please have this repaired and explain how requests get closed when issue has not been even looked at.
