    this is acsidewalk that is on public property, not private. there was an accident 8 months ago that caused this. it is on s columbia which is a state road but the name shelton gave me to contact when i first reported this was no longer at state. this is the major way in and out of town from the south. how do we get it fixed? this entire stretch of s columbia needs attention actually.
