The owner/ operator of this trailer constantly leaves this trailer parked on the street un-attached to a vehicle which is a violation of City of Salem ordinance. The owner/operator of this trailer is associated with King's Roast Beef. A red Toyota Tacoma is usually attached to this trailer. The Tacoma can't reverse with the trailer attached. I believe this to be because either 1. there is an issue with the trailer that does not allow it to be reversed, or, 2. the trailer is beyond the weight limit capacity that the Tacoma can handle. As a result, when needing to use the Tacoma, the owner of the Tacoma will remove the trailer, and block the parking area that is freed once the Tacoma has left. As is happening right now with an Infinity that is parked in-front of it; which is another vehicle that is owned/operated by someone at King's Roast Beef. Parking, especially in the coming month, is crucial on North st., and whoever owns this trailer should keep it on their personal property. This trailer has been left parked on the street un-attached to vehicle on North st., Buffum st., Appleton st., and Dearborn st.
