    The drain was completely blocked I removed 30 plastic bags and glass but the leaves need to be sweeper. Whoever owns the bldg. is doing nothing to keep the curbs clear and the water won’t drain also causing a mosquito issue.

    There are 4 road consort signs on 8th Street North one at Arlington and 3 at 2nd these have them picked up they have been laying there for weeks and will become projectiles during the storm.

    Again Flooding with drain gurgling not draining and cars flying through inches of high water, if it be hydroplanes into my home I am really not going to be happy! This is the 2nd time I have reported that water is not draining at corner of Frontier building on 8th and Arlington.

    Reckless Driving downtown St. Petersburg. Something needs to be done about speeders and racers. At 10am 7/1 I was in the crosswalk at Arlington crossing 8th Street in the flashing crosswalk a small gray SUV came squealing very fast off 1st. Ave. N. If he had not immediately turned left on Arlington my dog and I would have been. He turned so fast I thought he was going to flip he came close to a parked truck. He proceeded to MLK where he ran the red light and turned left- horns honking.

    These types of incidents are happening too often, racing down 8th Street N. is an everyday occurrence and needs to stop!

    The sidewalks along Central Avenue in front of all the restaurants and bars starting in the 200 block are filthy. They are in desperate need of pressure washing. With all the tables and chairs picked up it looks even worse and is a disgrace to St. Petersburg. If these owners are going to have access to the sidewalks to serve their customers they should be required to keep them clean, pressure washed every 3 months.

    Water coming from Frontier Bldg. slowly running out into the curb area, standing now for weeks with algae forming causing a mosquito issue. Water is dangerous to pets and health.
