Noise ordinance issue with garbage pick-up at 5:00AM. The medical office building at this address continues to have dumpster and garbage pickups at 5:00AM, 2-3 times per week. This disturbs us neighbors at Chelsea Walk and violates the noise ordinance for such work which cannot begin before 7:00 AM.
