Halal truck, loud disturbing music at all hours of the day

Halal truck in BP lot. Blasts loud music all day and follows unsanitary conditions. Is it even licensed? Please investigate. I WOTS app this halal truck all hours of the night due to the very loud music that is played and no one responds

I have complained about the excessive noise coming from the gas station/ Halal truck numerous times, especially to the west district community liaison officer with nothing done to remedy the situation. I am constantly hearing loud bass from music beginning in the afternoon and lasting all hours of the evening.

Almost every night, loud music comes from the halal truck parked in the BP parking lot and also from idling cars waiting for food or simply to hang out. My bedroom windows are directly behind the window and sometimes the loud music is present from 10pm-4am on weekends. When I use Wots App the police don’t arrive to the scene until the next morning and obviously there is no issue to report then. What can I do about this daily occurrence of noise?

There has been a large storage unit located on the grass directly in front of the entrance to the park (West Side and Harrison) that has been there since early July. Every morning (around 6am) there are homeless individuals using this as a bathroom and panhandling for money. Either remove it or have park patrol or police nearby,
