Tenants at 162 Terrace Ave continuously park in the drive way at all hours and blast their music so loud its as if it's playing in our apartment. When I spoke to them about it they stated it's a free country and they can do whatever they want.

Jersey City has a noise ordinance rule of no loud excessive music or noise past 10pm.

    Can this be addressed?

Why would anyone allow construction to start blocking off the few remaining parking spots we have left for construction when we have no where at all to park our cars at all?

Not everyone has the luxury of staying home and have to actual commute to work every day and now when we get home there is no where at all to park because all this equipment and machines have blocked off and reserved any and every space available. And come to find out you all plan on blocking 2 entire streets for construction. Some of us need to park during the day to be able to work overnight and now we have absolutely no where at all to park.

A few months back, someone climbed the sidewalk and hit the post that was holding the sign that stated the days of street cleaning on it. The sign was completely knocked over and there is a small metal stump sticking out of the side walk. The city came to pick up the sign but never put it back up and people are constantly tripping over this metal sticking out of the side walk where the sign used to be. Is there a way to put the sign back up or remove the metal that is sticking out of the sidewalk? When it snows it makes shoveling tricky because you cannot always see it.

There is a caution cone over the metal stump to keep everyone from tripping over it.
