Trash bin overflowing again Please note that whoever is responsible to empty this bin does not do that They take what's on top and leave the bin 60% full

This building, which is currently undergoing interior demolition, was tagged. Please address Please note the person who tagged the building left a note taunting the complete lack of graffiti enforcement. Based on their call sign, this person also tagged over a dozen other spots throughout the neighborhood.
