Street light came apart from pole and is swinging in the wind tangled in a tree, but is still on. Concerned this may become a fire issue if it separates.

Rental cars are parked in drainage ditch (pipe is seen in picture). This is also obstructing the view of oncoming traffic and will cause an accident.

Someone came through and hacked the trees. I understand that it is to clear the line, but they took about 20 feet off the avocado tree and left the only branch THAT WAS TOUCHING THE LINE. To the left there are still branches and vines on the line. Our Mango tree also had about 15 ft cut off the top. Shouldn't there just be trimming to clear the line? This is going to hurt the health of the trees causing them to break in a storm and also has destroyed any shade in our yard along with gardens that are now fully exposed. Please come clear the line. Maybe the use of arborists and not chainsaw happy crews could be more environmentally beneficial and safer. It is sad and ridiculous that most of the vegetation in our yard has to suffer for trees that were chopped and the line not even cleared.

Missed recycling yesterday on Haines Rd between 38th Ave and 34th Ave.

Over a month ago the water department was doing smoke tests and cut out the pavement around the manhole located on 3rd St N and the alleyway between 32nd Ave N and 31st Ave N. A couple of weeks ago crews came out and cemented half of the hole that was cut leaving barricades and a remaining hole.
Tractor trailers delivering to the shopping center on 4th street have been maneuvering through the neighborhood due to the blockage.
I am unsure why the entire area wasn't paved but 6 weeks seems like a long time and it seems that the uncompleted job was forgotten. I am also sure the trash and recycle trucks would appreciate the area being finished as well.
