Please make traffic signal facing Clifton St. flash yellow instead of showing solid green. Traffic is instructed by the signs to yield to traffic coming from the CA-24E ramp but a solid green generally means traffic would have the right of way. I have witnessed confused drivers who see the light but not the sign cut off traffic exiting from 24. Consistency in signage and signal would make a safer intersection.

Please install yield signs on Shafter Ave at each of the new traffic circles at Hudson, Clifton, and Cavour. Many drivers appear to believe they have the right of way when entering the traffic circle from Shafter when in fact they must yield to traffic already in the circle. I've been involved in several near misses and witnessed confusion, honking, and generally unsafe conditions.
