    Two days ago a city crew came out to remove leaves blocking a storm drain opening at the intersection of Alvarado Rd. and Gravette. In the course of doing so they scooped an immense amount of mud directly over the drain opening, causing water to pool up and overflow into the curb on the other side of the street. This is unacceptable, and it needs to be fixed soon.
