    Can NEVER find parking on weekends or after 6:00 PM on weekdays because of people commuting at West Oakland Bart. I pay for parking permits every year! (Area B) and makes no financial sense because I always have to park far away from my home anyway! If we are going to pay for parking, we need at least weekend enforcement as well as extend hours to at least 7:00pm or 8:pm on weekdays.
