    Some people in power chairs today mention to me how bumpy this was and probably wouldn’t be good for a wheelchair. I don’t remember it being that way last year. Based on discussions last year I think this is actually an illegal ramp now.

    The road is dipping to a point where it could be unsafe if somebody is actually going 30 miles an hour. This is in front of 714 White Street. There are I think two more dip’s that are similar east of there before new Street. They make good speed bumps but could be dangerous.
