We all know the person who is handicapped and sitting on a wheel chair in the sidewalk of Columbus and Grove near the square or near the PATH entrance.
Whose responsibility it is to take care of him? Looks like someone drops in and picks him. While I surely want to join the others to help him , don't know how to. Should the city take care of it ?

In the morning rush people see him every day and dropping a dollar in his bowl is not going to solve his problem. I have raised this sometime back. Thought of raising it again.

Uneven Pavement. Right infront of the tailoring shop near 290 Grove Street. Been there for a long. Needs fixing please.

I do see a man African American, who is handicapped in the corner or Columbus and Grove and sometimes in the Grove Path down the elevator. He surely has some physical problems apart from being a handicap.

There must be some shelters I guess. Where do I ask for help for this man.

This is connected to the issue ID above which was raised and closed/reopened many times. The fact is lights never work . Even as of this evening. The lights are on in one tennis court and the lights on the other court is not on. Now that the City is also coaching kids two days a week, and increase in people coming to play, it should have the lights on in both the courts. Whoever is fixing this should go there and verify whether the fix is working. Or else the issue is getting closed and reopened multiple times.

One the two tennis courts does not have the lights on. May be a motion sensing light up system will help to save electricity when no one is playing.

The street cleaning day and time is not readable on the parking signs in many parts of the city. We have to slowdown to read the sign or stop the car and go to the sign to read it when we are looking for street parking. Some places the signs have Reflective stickers but many places it is not readable. (Montgomery and Grove by the coolvines is an example)
