There seems to be some kind of soil erosion occurring under a section of street in front of our home at 2805 Hampshire Rd. A section of the street and curb seem to be very slowly sinking.

Dumping some asphalt on the cracks around the area will not solve the problem. You marked my last request completed even though nothing at all was done to actually address the problem.

The curb itself and the street are actually sinking. The area collects water that is then unable to flow properly into the storm sewer, which is likely further worsening whatever the problem is under the street.
