This house has been left unoccupied for many, many years. The doors are all open allowing animals (including mice, rats, raccoons, etc.) to occupy the house. The sailboat sitting in the yard has also been left there which holds rainwater creating mosquito breeding grounds. This house is a health hazard as it harbors mold, decay, fleas and ticks. Also, with the many visitors we have during the vacation months, many young children play in this neighborhood. If they were to enter into this house out of curiosity, it could end in tragedy as there is so much decay, dry rot, and total dilapidation. Each year that goes by with nothing being done is another year of accumulation of decay and health hazards.
